This would have been a four-star rating, except... anyhow, it was a bolt of pure energy and total joy to watch the great Manuela Carrasco of Seville, Spain, dance the flamenco. Flamenco's home is the province of Andalusia and it is the cultural property of the gypsies (Romanies, Gitanos, Tsiganes, as they are variously called across Europe).
