The menu varies according to the year's season, always using high quality ingredients. We have a choice of menus for people with special needs (vegetarians, allergic people).

First course, to choose among:

• Mediterranian salad with fresh cheese and ham strings.
• Assorted salad with foie
• Vieiras and mushroom bag with leek sauce

Second course to choose among:

• Baked monkfish with potatoes
• Pepper beef entrecot
• Sirlon with mushrooms

Dessert to choose among:

• Black and white chocolate mousse with coconut sauce
• Tiramisu with Macarpone Savayon sauce
• Small strawberries au gratin with pepper

Drinks:

• White wine: Viña Sol de Torres
• Red wine: Añares de bodega Olarra
• Cava: Beltxenea Brut Nature (one cup per person)
• Mineral wate
